Marine Mammal Trainer (full-time / contract work)

The incumbent will be responsible for the management of marine mammal husbandry & training, conduct dolphin show presentations and educational activities.

Requirements:

Must be a strong swimmer with SCUBA diving qualification
Fluent communication and excellent public speaking skill
Keen interest in marine animals and willing to work outdoors
Able to work on shift duties include weekends and public holidays
Training will be provided

Underwater Deep Pool Cleaning Personnel (contract work)

The incumbent will be responsible for the cleaning maintenance of dolphin and fur seal pool including backwash cleaning of equipments and filtering system.

Requirements:
Must have a SCUBA diving qualification
Willing to work outdoors
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Training will be provided

Guest Services Executives (full-time / contract positions available)

Manage and ensure smooth daily operation together with a team of front-liners. Handle feedback and troubleshoot problems. Oversee operations for special events.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma education, preferably in Tourism specialization
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service
Able to work independently and under pressure
Able to work on shifts, weekends & public holidays
Fresh graduates will be considered, though working experience in service or tourism industry is preferred
Full time remuneration package commensurating with experience and qualifications
Contract payment rate at S$10 per hour

Guest Services Officers (full-time / contract positions available)

Assist in operations. Provide customer service. Conduct animal feeding commentaries, educational talks and guided tours.

Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘N’ level
Excellent public speaking skill
Excellent customer service
Keen interest and knowledge in marine animals
Willing to work outdoors
Able to work on shifts, weekends & public holidays
Full time remuneration package commensurating with experience and qualifications
Contract payment rate: Non School Holiday School Holiday
  Weekday $6.50 Weekday $7.00
  Weekend $7.50 Weekend $8.00

Service Associates – F&B / Retail (full time / contract positions available)

Promote sales and provide customer service in F&B and retail operations. Include cashiering duties.

Requirements:
 Minimum GCE 'N' level
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Excellent customer service skill
Must be able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
Confident in handling foreign currencies
Full time remuneration package commensurating with experience and qualifications
Contract payment rate at S$7 per hour for weekday & S$8 per hour for weekend

Camp Facilitators (freelance positions available)

Facilitate sleepover ‘Living In The Ocean’ programs. Conduct educational talks and guided tours. Provide customer service.

Requirements:
 Minimum GCE 'N' level
Excellent public speaking skill
Excellent customer service
Keen interest and knowledge in marine animals
Willing to work outdoors
Able to stay overnight on weekdays, weekends & public holidays
Payment at S$130 per camp

Ticketing Cashiers (contract positions available)

Handle ticketing system for sales to visitors and tour groups. Provide customer service.

Requirements:
 Minimum GCE 'N' level
Excellent customer service
Able to work independently and under pressure
Able to work on shifts, weekends & public holidays
Contract payment rate at S$7 per hour for weekday & S$8 per hour for weekend

Diver (contract positions available)

Maintenance of current exhibits

Requirements:
 Minimum Open Water Dive Certificate
Contract payment rate at S$7.50 per hour
